At World of Curiosities, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Items must have a request for a return and be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, and CBD products, and items that are intended for 18+ are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Reasons for Returns and Refunds
You can return or exchange items for the following reasons:

Change of Mind: If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within the specified timeframe.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, you can return it for the correct item or a refund.

Never Arrived: If your order never arrives, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation After Ordering: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:

CBD products.

Products intended for use by individuals 18+ years of age or older, (i.e. toys, lubrications/lotions, etc.)
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Items used with promotional code
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or nursing breast pumps) Products intended for 18, CBD products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@worldofcuriosities.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization. Please include all original packaging and documentation.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
6. Refund Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged item).
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for certain items, especially if they are returned due to buyer's remorse or if the item is not defective.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement item to you.
8. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
